Hello,
OTRS is configured to get emails by field TO and put them to the proper queue (Administrator->PostMaster Mail Accounts, Dispatching: Dispatching by email To: field).
On the other side there are distribution lists (list1, list2, list3, etc. - every has its own e-mail address) which include email addresses of chosen users-agents. In each list there is also OTRS email, so when some user sends email to chosen list, it also goes to OTRS, and then, by field TO, it is automaticaly put to the proper queue.
Ex. User send email to list1, then all user-agents from the list get this email and email also goes to OTRS and it is put in list1 queue.
This configuration works fine.
But what have I recently noticed is that when I send email, for example, to list1 and additionaly I put some email address in cc field, then it doesn't go to list1, but some other queue, which is not subscribed to any email address.
When cc is empty, it's works fine.
Another strange thing is, that this problem occurs only on my computer. The same action on other workstations beahave normally.
I also did test, sending email directly to OTRS email (without using distribution lists), which is subscribed to OTRS queue. But even then it doesn't work properly. The mail just goes to other queue.
Do You have any ideas, what is wrong here?
Regards,
Wojtek

1) upgrade to 3.3.latest
2) if you can see the headers or the history of the ticket, check if it's somehow going to a "default" queue.
