Hi
I have problems getting notification by email when a ticket is escalated.
What I have done is:
Under "Queries"
I have set up a group called "OTRS4TEST" , and set "escalation update time in minutes" to = 2
And created a test case and dispatched it to the group "OTRS4TEST"
When the 2 minutes has passed the ticket is displayed at upcoming events and under escalated tickets - so all that is fine!
Now comes my problem, in the admin pane, under ticket settings and notifications event
I have created a new event who looks at the tickets in the queue "OTRS4TEST" and it looks for the event "EscalationUpdateTimeNotifyBefore" and EscalationUpdateTimeStart"
and set up that it sends a mail to the reciplent
BUT when a ticket is escalated no email is send?!?!?
Why??

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
