Show process name in Agent interface

Show process name in Agent interface

Hi,

I want to be able to show the process name in the agent interface. As shown below it appears in the customer interface but currently not in the agent portion as shown in the 2nd screenshot. I have had a look but cant find anything.

It seems that some package changed your TicketZoom
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
