Does anyone have a listing of various SQL queries that can run in the box on the most recent Appliance? Specifically I'm trying to find out performance (ticket update activity, opening new tickets, closing activity) by agent.

You may enable per agent reporting in SysConfig and it will (should?) apply to existing reports.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
