In a Queue with "Follow Up Option" = "reject" the customer does not see a "Reply" button in the GUI (which is good!) but can still add a note by email (for instance by replying to the "Ticket Closed!" notification). Question: can I configure the System to not allow any customer note anymore after the ticket is closed?
