Hello everyone,
I tried all the solutions posted in the forum for "Hide external emails in customer dashboard" and no work.
Is there any solution for this?
Without a solution, the customer will receive redundant information on your screen.
For the agent, the given filter in a post forum resolved.
My problem now is with the redundant information on the client screen (note + e-mail) with the same information.
I saw this Bug Report: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5975, but did not understand the solution.
Grateful to those who can help.
