Link ticket

Good afternoon, I am using the otrs 0.4.5

Opened a tickete and received an email informing you that a ticket had been opened , on entering the email cliclei No link to go directly to the ticket and gave me this error:
"
Oops! An Error occurred.
Error Message: Module Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoomTicketID591.pm not in @INC

"

Yup,
The otrs when it generates the link, this generates the error with it , because if I make the following alteration , it does not error.

The otrs generates the following link:

[url]http://......................./index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=591[/url]

but when I log it of the error and the link is as follows:

[url]https://.................../index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom%3bTicketID=591[/url]

Someone can help me to solve this situation

This usually happens in links pasted in Lync.
