I follow this instructions for configure SSO on OTRS 4.0.5 on Centos 6.6 unsuccessfully.

I think that these instructions are a bit old (are 2010).
The error is, when try log in a http://myserver/otrs/customer.pl do not enter, appears in the user/password screen.
More than that, if try login manually this error appears "Login failed! Your user name or password was entered incorrectly"
