Hide Ticket Menu Button

Hi,

Please note that I am using otrs 3.3.9. I have created a ticket menu button that is visible on icketZoom Page. Now I want to show this button only when the user logged in is either of the one (owner or responsible) or both. If he is neither owner/responsible of that ticket, this button should be hidden!

Please help me!

The longer answer is related to how certain buttons are already hidden when the ticket is locked. It's a permissions thing for controls like reply, lock, etc. (requires development).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
