OTRS regular expression syntax
Is there a guide on OTRS regex syntax? I famous search engine was of no help and the forum search search.php?keywords=regex+syntax brought me no further.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.

Anywhere where regular expressions are allowed, Perl regular expressions are used... So http://perldoc.perl.org/perlrequick.html might help
