Hi All,
We have installed OTRS 4 new version and we have configured all settings.
Everything is working, we are getting tickets in queue but when we trying to reply to ticket the link is not activated, not getting reply window when click on reply and also not getting REPLY TO ALL option.
Please find the attached screen shot of OTRS.
One more thing its showing OTRS 4 free, so is this can also be a reason that its free ware.

Assign Templates for Reply to the queues (did you read the admin manual?)
