S/MIME - use of "Subject Alternative Names"

Hi,

we would like to use one certifcate for multiple email addresses,
that is we would like to have more than one email address
in the section
"X509v3 Subject Alternative Name:" of the certificate.

That does not seem to be possible? At least I'm not successfull
in associating one of the additional names with the
sender address of a queue.

Maybe there is a solution?
