Distinguish between declarant and beneficiary of a ticket
When I unchecking RO right on agent for queue he don't see any ticket on dashbord from that queue. Even this one he is assigned to. He can only see tickets through AgentTicketLockedView. I would like to make him also see his tickets on the dashboard (but ONLY tickets assigned to him).

The out-of-the-box way to do this is to create single agent queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
