[SOLVED]There is no template list in the reply

Hi,
I setup a new OTRS4 and upgraded the DB 3.0>3.1>3.2>3.3>4.0
All seems to be fine, except I can't find the template list when I reply a ticket.
I can see the template list in the admin area. and my queue is already connected to some templates but they don't show up in the reply list in the response.

Did you assign a template to the queue (in admin area)

yes I assigned, the problem was in "type" field which is new from OTRS 3.0 to 4.0. it was created by script but still empty.
I just uodated my templates so the Type field is not empty anymore and it can be shoyn in the reply list :D
