I recently upgraded my OTRS from 3.3.3 to 4.0.3 and I have a lot of problems (The method I used was to upgrade from version to version - 3.3.3->3.3.4->3.3.5->...->4.0.5). I have in Statistics-Overview some stats created by my colleagues. In OTRS 3.3.3, stats where working just fine, now in OTRS 4.0.5 my stats don't extract all data (only ~70%). Why?
If I extract and compare the data from stat_X using Statistics-Overview and Search feature with the same attributes I realize that is a difference only in "Accounted Time" filed. If one of my colleagues close a ticket with an "Accounted Time" of 0, that ticket will have 70-80% chance to appear only in Search feature, so that ticket will be lost accordingly to stat_X.
PS: I have looked in logs and I have upgraded to the last version (this is some of the possible solutions that I found in this forum).
