monthy stats similar to 7-days statistics

I would like to extend the 7 day stats on the dashboard and create a monthly statistics.

When creating the required stat, I can get the curve for closed tickets and curves for tickets with other states but not a (combined) curve for created tickets (similar to the one in 7-days stats on dashboard). How can I achieve this?

However, creating such a widget would display the graph for all queues in the system. I don't see a way to restrict it to a certain queue. What I'm looking for though is a way to create (classic) statistics for a single queue

The request for a single queue wasn't evident in the original question. Now I am unsure of what you want. Stat reports for a single queue or a widget.

What I would like to create is a Graph-lines-points where I can see the number of tickets created and number of tickets closed each day in say last 4 weeks in a particular queue.

The intended similarity to the 7-day stats refers to the visual representation (i.e. days of the month on X-Axis, a curve showing number of tickets created and another curve showing number of tickets closed).

What I've been able to achieve so far is a statistics where I have days on the X-Axis and a curve showing no. of tickets closed. What I am also able to get are curves for each state/state type but not a combined curve for tickets created (regardless of the state with which they were created).

Any pointers?

Is it possible to change the 7-day stats widget to show only tickets created in a particular queue? That would serve my purpose.

Requires programming. If it were evident to do it in SysConfig, you'd already have an answer.

I very much assumed it requires development. I'll have a look at it later. at the moment my requirement is fulfilled with "classic" statistics with separate curves for each state.
