Rename a mandatory field?

Hi

I am just setting up OTRS 4.0.2 and I when creating a new ticket (phone or email) I would like to rename the mandatory fields. We want "Type" to be "Branch" and "To Queue" to be "Problem". This makes it more meaningful to our users.

I somehow managed to do this in version 3 by editing a line in a .pm file I think (the machine hard drive crashed shortly after though and I cannot remember what I changed).

Can this be done and if so do you know what files and lines where I can rename them.

use translations for this. Also actual version of OTRS is 4.0.5, 4.0.6. will be released next week

Sorry I am on 4.05

I havent heard of translations, I will try and have a look at this.

I know last time i edited a .pm file by simply changing the word on 1 line but i cant find which file now!!

it might be your language .pm file (which should not be changed)
