When i use my template´s to close my tickets, my otrs is cutting my emails.
How to increase email length or row number?

Not sure what you mean by using templates to close a ticket.
In the menu selection you click "close" and then you select a template?

lenght of emails or templates is not limited in a way you might experience. Please give some more informations on your system like OTRS version, database, OS etc

Sorry , the problem is in my "Event Notification" <OTRS_AGENT_BODY[5]> ,solved after change the value .
