Hello everyone.
After upgrading from 3.3.6 to 4.0.6 introduces the following problems:
1. Tickers can not be opened on the portal. The system prompts you to save the file customer.pl.
2. When you close the ticket or adding note disappeared field where to enter text.

Repeated update solved the problem
