how can I set the Screen after closing a Ticket?
By default OTRS Display the Dashboard.

Did you try SysConfig?
I did a search for "Ticket" and I found Frontend::Agent::Preferences.
Maybe it's one of those settings. Maybe you need to dig a bit in SysConfig.
