Disabling ticket merge notifications per queue

I can't seem to find any option for disabling ticket merge notifications. I'd like to disable it for a particular queue. Any ideas?

merge will only send notifications to customer if selected in merge dialogue. There is no setting to hide this dialogue for a particular queue

I want to disable sending to agents.

OTRS does not send these messages automatically. Please check if you created a notification event or installed some additional module
