Customers Able to see all changes

Hi,

When a customer logs in to http://example.otrs.com/otrs/customer.pl and clicks on the Change Schedule tab they are able to see changes for all users that are in the correct state and have a service assigned.

Is it possible to limit it to only show changes where the customer logged in is the initiator?

If this is not possible is there a way to add Change Initiator to the columns that are shown in the Change Schedule page?

Also is it possible to stop changes needing a service to be assigned before they show up here?

I've developed an addon called "CustomerChanges". With that addon you can assign a customer to a change. The customer get's a new overview in the customer portal where only his/her changes are listed. And the agents get a list of changes in the customer information center.
