CloneDB - Migrate to appliance

Hello,

like many here I'm trying to migrate my Windows 3.3.12 OTRS installation with mysql to the appliance 3.3.12.
When I launch the otrs.CloneDB.pl -n I'm getting the following error:

Can't write /tmp/OTRSCloneDB.log: No such file or directory[DateTime] otrs.CloneDB.pl: Was not possible a transfer

I tried with:
OTRSCloneDB-1.0.11.opm
OTRSCloneDB-1.0.12.opm

I also tried to create the folder and file D:/OTRS/OTRS/bin/tmp/OTRSCloneDB.log

What am I missing ? What version of OTRSCloneDB should I use ? What is the OTRSCloneDB-4.0.1.opm for ?

Do you have access (write permission) to $OTRSHOME/tmp and /tmp ?

I opened the cmd.exe with my admin account which has full access on the root OTRS folder and everything under.

Change the path of the log file under sysConfig

We must add this in the documentation !!
