Some Emails Not Registering

Hi there we've had an issue ever since we implemented OTRS a few years ago. Every once in a while, when someone forwards or sends an email to our "queue" using the email address we setup (In Exchange 2010) the ticket never gets created and is lost. I can't seem to figure out why this happens as I can't find a log that would help me troubleshoot it.

We are using the Sendmail module to pull emails from the account we created and this then fires it into the OTRS queue.

Any help would be appreciated!

sendmail doesn't pull tickets. Postmaster Mailbox or fetchmail does.
OTRS logs would tell you what's pulled and if it couldn't handle.
in Windows, otrs.log
check otrs/var/spool for unhandled messages.
check the Exchange mailbox for messages not retrieved.
Look for things like invalid priority or state (because you changed the default labels)
Possibly, too-large attachments.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
