We need more SLA calendars in OTRSv4 (Core::Time::Calendar1-9)

Hi OTRS guys!

We need more than 9 calendar templates. Can you please explain how to add more calendars?

Hi,

There is a module from xxx to add more calendars. For getting this, you need to contact xxx. You can not download it.

Aloha,

- export your SysConfig
- find Calendar9
- duplicate all Entries
- rename them to Calendar10
- import new SysConfig (nearly forgot this pint

)

-> not tried, but i think read for otrs3 somewhere
(backup ZZZAuto.pm and ZZZAAuto.pm)
