Hello!
Is there any database relation between agents and customer?
For example: I have an Agent1 that works with customer A and customer B, and have another Agent2 that works only with a customer C.
How can I build a BD Query to retrieve the following:
Agent1 - CustomerA
Agent1 - CustomerB
Agent2 - CustomerC

No relation. In stock OTRS, the only real options are customer based groups and agents member of the same group(s) as the customers.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
