hide files

Hi,

I want to hide the files Junk, Misc, Postmater in the frontend of customer. Can you help me because i not found where i could set this parameter

you can configure the queues for customers via Syconfig : Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew in CustomerPanelOwnSelection

you can just edit them and make them invalid
