Installer.pl empty

Hi All,

I have just loaded a CentOS 6.6 VM and installed the OTRS package, following the steps described in the OTRS Admin Manual, but came to a stand still when I arrived at the step to browse to http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl.

For some reason, when saving/opening the installer.pl file, it is empty (0bytes).

mysqld and httpd are both started, and all required modules indicated by the otrs.CheckModules.pl script have been installed.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this? What might be the cause of the issue? I wasn't able to find any articles / forums relating to this.
