Hello
Good day,
I have just installed OTRS 4.0.6-2 on CentOS7 and able to access http://myserver/otrs/index.pl and successfully login with ROOT user ID.
The problem here is, when I am trying to access the same from out side of the installed server, not been able to access as I am getting page cannot be displayed or relevant public sites are opening.
Please help.

Firewall, dns, ...
check that the outside client can ping the proper IP of the server.
check that the otrs server isn't running a firewall preventing access (such as fail2ban that hasn't whitelisted your LAN).

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

We had a similar issue on a CentOS 6 server we setup, and had to disable selinux before we could get to the login page from any other machine.
