Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.3.10. I have changed the default ticket move drop down menu to " queue " new window option. Now whenever I move the ticket from one agent to another agent, the change queue window uses the notes internal by default . So Customer can not able to see the update. I want to add the option to select note-internal or note-external during the queue change. I can not able to find the option in the sysconfig " Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewMove "
Can someone help?

The customer does not and should not care about that time you took a paper ticket and put it in folder A versus folder B.
More to the point: If it does not indicate progression of the solution of the ticket, it is not relevant to the customer. Especially, if the customer does not need to provide a response, it's not necessary to inform him of labels added to data points or the manner in which you file documents.

Thanks for your explanation. Yes, it suits several scenarios. But as OTRS allows us vast customization, I am curious to find some helping links for customizing the move form which comes once we click the queue link inside the ticket.

What did you [not] find in SysConfig in ViewMove?
