You can have multiple instances of OTRS 4 on the same server?
In version 4.x securemode variable seems not to work

It is not recommended or particularly easy, if it is even possible, to run multiple OTRS on a single server. Though, you can run multiple VMs to your heart's content.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
