HI All,
We are created master and slave ticket but when AgentTicketZoom there is no display Ticket Information Master/Slave details . if master ticket closed but slave ticket not automatically close.
how to show AgentTicketZoom master/slave information??

for Ticket-Information (Master/Slave) have a look at
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField
Key: MasterSlave
Value: 1
