Customer linked to two companies

Hi,

We have two companies linked to a parent company. Is it possible to handle it in OTRS?

Knowing that some customers should access both companies tickets with a unique ID. And the others only one company.

The child companies are already created on OTRS (3.2.9) and already have tickets.

I know that it's impossible to associate 2 companies to one customer.

i don't think if that is possible without coding your proper addon that can do that.all you can do is to give two access for the same agent to the two compagnies.
