unexpected message on INSERT INTO sessions

I notice that recently (at least since the begin of this month, but NOT before) when I login to the web console with root@localhost, logs reported the following notice:

It seems there is no apparently issue and I can work and configure OTRS as usual however shuch message in the log make me think there is something wrong in the db.
I did not either find any alert or warning message in the Support Assessment page.

I have to say also that whenever I login with another agent that message does not appear.
By the way, all agents are authenticated to ActiveDirectory and root@localhost is the only user which is internally authenticated.

DB is MySQL db 5.6 with InnoDB engine.

May you give me any help understanding the cause of this message, please?

This is a notice... I have this message when I use MYSQL and the user that make a login have assigned three or more roles. I have OTRS 4.0.3 and still exist this notice.

I have opened a bug some time ago: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10971 however the problem seems to be hardly reproducible and therefore the bug has been closed.
If you have some more data, maybe you can try to provide them to the support and open the bug again.
