Issue: Ticket created with email had long delay, over 6 hours
On the system there are lots of postmaster_filter records. I believe the system is setup to block on ticket with the same subject line. I see lots of "[]...PostMater::Filter::IgnoreExisting::Run] Found ticket nnnnnn state 31 | 7' in the syslog. The crontab is set to check mail every 1 minutes. It is picking up average 14 email each time from imap.google.com
The ticket delay are sporadic, in that I get a mixed of new email with old email. The email all come from one address and I timestamps the contents of the mail and compared the email event time with the ticket creation time.
I believe the delay is in the processing of the email, but I am not sure where to look to confirm this or how to correct the issue.
