Dear everyone,
I'd like to create processes for the Customer Interface. I already implemented processes in the Agent Interface, but don't find where i can apply those to the customer interface.
I found an option that permit me to see the button new process ticket if no process available (in Process Management -> Frontend::Customer::NavBarModule), but as i was expecting, it indicates me No Process Configured. (But i have to of them in Process Management)
Anyone as an idea how i can do that ?

the first Dialogue needs to be a customer dialogue

Actually I forgot that the first dialogue should be a customer one. So it solved my problem.
