Hello,
I am investigating the possibilities of the OTRS and I am not able found out the solution for this case:
We have lots of customers with many users. Customers are using our helpdesk and sometimes I need to restrict the entry for the customer users.
The easy solution should be to set Invalid status for the particular company. But even if I set the company Invalid, the users from this company can login to the OTRS customer portal and their tickets sent by mail are normally processed - without restriction or information that the company has an Invalid status and restricted access to the OTRS.
The best solution for my case would be: set the Invalid status for the comapny and when the users from this company use web portal (customer page) for login it will be not possible and their ticket moves to a Queue I preselect. How can I set this behavior?
Please can someone help me with this problem?
How restrict customer user by "company invalid" settings?

Setting a company invalid will not invalidate user access. There is no web-way to invalidate multiple users, and that's what you'd want anyway.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
