Hello,
I need to connect two OTRS systems from different companies so that they can share tickets. I suppose that it can be done via web services. Before going into details, I would like to know whether it is possible to do it completely through OTRS (e.g. generic interface). Or, on the contrary, an adapter/middle tier is needed to read/write from one system to the other one?
Kind regards,
Connecting two OTRS systems

Re: Connecting two OTRS systems
First they should have different SystemIDs. After that, the implementation is dependent on what you want to accomplish. The scope to answer is quite broad.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
