I am using OTRS ITSM 3.3.12. Can you please let me know if there is a possibility to link Config Items to Customers? and If yes, How can we do it?

I don't think it is possible through the graphical interface. Cause when i'm on a computer in the cmdb, and chose link, I don't have the customer option.
But what you can do is linking a ticket with a customer.
Also, what I have in my cmdb, I have the field "Owner" that will take the id of the customer and find it in the customer database.
Wait maybe other answers to be sure that it is not possible.

The stock ITSM class definitions in OTRS ITSMConfigurationManagement define a field for customers. So the customer the config item belongs to is stored in the config item itself.
