How could I set the time zone in OTRS.
At the moment we have Summer Time, but the time shown in ticket creation time etc. still shows the winter time.
In Framework -> Core::Time the default value of TimeZone is 0. If I set TimeZoneUser to 'Yes', the ticket creation time is shown 1 hour ahead of the actual time for example 15:49 (+2).
How can I make sure that the correct time is set?

Re: Set timezone correctly
Never mind. The incorrect system time is not an otrs issue but the server issue.
