Dashboard Error

are two days that I have this error in OTRS:

[Wed Mar 25 13:28:19 2015][Error][Kernel::Modules::AgentDashboardCommon::Run][434] Can't get element data of 0270-TicketQueueOverview!

Do you have some ideas/

verify the entry in sysconfig and see if there are parameters that are no longer working because you changed labels of the search criteria.

I have another problem now

I have installed a new OTRS 3.3.12 (Backup) with ITSM Module and I would to import all Change create in another OTRS 3.3.12 (Primary).

In mysql of Primary, I have exported these tables:

change_item
change_history

In backup now I can see old changes, but all icons are grey (green, red, yellow are not present). Furthermore, in list state (Rejected, Approved, In Progress, ecc...) are 0 except all, that is right with number of all change.

Can you help me?

Not in this thread, and not generally in this forum. Database table imports are not supported, pretty much for this reason.
