Hi All,
I have a requirement and i'm here to seek your help on how to get it done. The requirement is to create a ticket in a particular customer "Queue' when received from a specific domain, like this. Create ticket in "Customer1" when email received from "user@customer1.com"
can this be done in OTRS?

You should have a look on postmaster filter... There you can specify if the email adress in the "From" field has @company.com in it, you set the queue.
