Hello Crythias,
I am using OTRS 3.0.12 installed on Windows 2003 server.
For namesake purposes, I am need of creating dummy users in OTRS.
For validation of users we use LDAP authentication. However these dummy users shouldnot authenticated but be available to be assigned tickets just for the sake of it.
Could you kindly let me now as to how I can proceed with this?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
