I am migrating from 3.1.12 to 4.0.7.
Everything looks fine, but when searching for customers in Phone ticket, there is no progress indicator like this:
Is this normal? How can I get it back?

Can anybody running the latest OTRS confirm if they have this progress indicator or not?

I just tried it and the indicator is missing for me as well.
The search seems a lot faster on OTRS 4, I get an immediate result. So perhaps they feel this was no longer needed?

Perhaps the search is faster when storing customer in a database, but with LDAP it takes just the same as before.EXG133 wrote:I just tried it and the indicator is missing for me as well.

But without the indicator there is no feedback, so when the search takes more than 2 seconds, one doesn't know if its working at all.
Now the question is if this is a bug, or if the indicator was removed on purpose.
