Hi All,
Recently we changed our mail server to office 365. We get emails from exchange server via IMAP TLS.
We encountered problems with attachments not being displayed(not present) in the the ticket in the web ui of OTRS. Attachments itself are being received on the mailbox, and then we can see them in the folder on the server: chroot/otrs/var/db/article/2015/04/21/75192
The attachments aren't present in the OTRS web interface, although there are exceptions(small xls files).
Anyone seen something similar, is there any parameter that can be modified to get this working?
Earlier we used local IMAP server and there was no such issues.

Update, attachments are displayed correctly if they come from our old IMAP server that is in the same local network, in case of exchange, attachments as said before are arriving cause we can see them in the directory on the server but aren't attached to tickets in web UI.
Does OTRS has some filter mechanisms that can be responsible for this?
