Hi,
I have got a problem with process tickets and ACL in customer frontend. I would like to restrict the possible processes in "New process ticket" (action: CustomerTicketProcess) based on the CustomerID of the logged in customer user.
OTRS version: 4.0.7.
The ACL in the screenshot does not work. How can I restrict the available processes for the customer?
