The automatic fetch used to work fine until our IT Department switched to Office365. I am not aware of any errors, as far as I can tell, it just does not do a scheduled fetch.
I can do a fetch manually, and it works fine.
I have looked at all the eMail Settings and I don't see anything amiss.
Any idea what I can check?
