Is there any way to cancel the auto reply on this case? On the first open ticket I want to maintain, but it's kind of weariful for recurrent messages.

If it is assigned to a queue, it will take effect. Making it invalid does not remove the assigned link. Make it valid, unassign the link queue-autoresponse, save it, and then make the response invalid.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
