Hello all,
I am looking for a solution to display a custom title in the agent dashboard.
We only use process management.
The process management article as to be mandatory but if I do, the article subject is also mandatory.
what i'm looking for is:
a) a solution to hide subject of the process management article so that I can set a title field with a pre-filled value for each process.
or
b) a solution to pre-fill process management article subject with pre-filled value ( a different value by process) so that the subject becomes the title of the ticket.
So that the title (solution a) or the subject (being the title in solution b) is displayed in the agent dashboard in running process tickets.
