CI-Graph

Post by luba »

Hi,

I use OTRS with KIX4OTRS. If I have only a few cis (for example 5) I get showed the graph. But in one graph I have more than 1000 cis. The system shows the message, the graph is to complex. How many cis are allowed for an ci-graph?

Hi there,

ther is no limit on the number of CIs. The complexity of the automatic arragement of the CI-graph depends on the number of linked and shown CIs. You should adjust the depth of the graph traversion, limit the number of followed link types or considered CI-classes. If you do not place usefull limitations, the entire CI might be shown. Then the computation of the graph layouts, as it is implemented now, runs out of value space which causes the message you observed.

regards, T.
